Updating Your Classification

If you current hold an appraisers classification in Georgia, the following forms are available to update your classification:

• Appraiser Change Application - the change application can be used to:
  • become inactive
  • activate an inactive classification
  • change name
  • change residence address and/or phone number - available online
  • change business name and/or address - available online
  • replace lost of damaged wall certificate and/or pocket card
  • become a non-resident
  • become a resident
  • reinstate due to non-payment of renewal fees
