Online Services for Real Estate Licensees
The Online Services System provided by the Commission allows you to conduct many transactions online.
In order to access the online system, you will need to create a password when first using the system. For directions on creating a password click here.
Services available through the Online Services System:
- Renew your License
- Print your License anytime – no waiting for one to be mailed!
- View License Status
- View Continuing EducationCredits and Courses for the current renewal period
- View Continuing Education Courses taken in the past
- Change Your Address
If you are using the system to renew your license, you must receive a confirmation number at the end of the renewal process before the renewal is complete.

If you do not receive a confirmation number at the end of renewing your license, call an Information Specialist at 404-656-3916 to verify that your license was renewed.
