Updating Your License
If you current hold a real estate license in Georgia, the following forms are available to update your license:
License Change Application - the change application can be used to:
- place individual license on inactive status
- activate an inactive license
- acquire an additional license (Assoc. Broker/Broker only)
- transfer from one brokerage firm to another firm
- change individual name - available online
- change individual address and/or phone number - available online
- replace lost of damaged wall certificate and/or pocket card
- change license type
- Reinstate License Lapsed for Fees - Due solely to non-payment of fees
- Reinstate License Lapsed for POST Education - Due solely to failure to meet educational requirements
